Flat Embroidery

Classic embroidery. Looks great on its own, or you can elevate your design by mixing it with another embroidery technique. This is available for side and back placement options.

3D Foam Embroidery

Adds depth to your design and looks great with flat embroidery.

3D Chain Stitch

Creates interlinked loops for a textured vintaged inspired puff look. Available in flat or 3D styles. Best shown on structured caps and sampled for accuracy.

3D Geo Braid Stitch

Stylized stitch brings dimension to chinky text. Great on structured caps. Available in flat or 3D styles. Best shown on structured caps and sampled for accuracy.

3D Contour Stitch

A stacked-stitch technique that creates subtle dimension to bold logos and simplified designs. Larger logos recommended.

Cross Stitch

Tiny X-shapes create a textured, hand crafted detail. Works best with simple icons or patterns. Add flat stitch to make details in artwork stand out. Available in flat embroidery only.

Patch Options

Available on the front panel unless otherwise noted. Choose from classic or dimensional embroidery styles.

Embroidered Fabric Patch

For simple graphics, and type no smaller than 0.25” high. Now available with 3D embroidery on patch design, edge is flat stitch.

Sublimated Patch

Complex and/or detailed graphics, and photo-realistic images.

Glitter Sublimated Patch

Sublimated patches with embedded glitter offer sparkle without flaking.

Genuine Leather Patch

Etched artwork available in Tan and Chocolate. For single color graphics.

Faux Leather Patch

Etched artwork available in Tan and Chocolate. For single color graphics.

Acrylic Patch

Acrylic patches use etched depth for layered color. They work best on structured caps. Available in 4 color options.

Glow-in-the-Dark Patch

This patch glows in the dark with a subtle putty-like finish with etched detail.

Chenille

Chenille patches, with their plush texture, evoke a classic varsity look, adding nostalgic sophistication to any design.

Heat Transfer

Heat transfers provide a sleek, durable alternative to sewing, using advanced adhesives for a secure, seamless finish on various cap styles.

Woven

Utilizing a tight interlaced weaving process, woven patches allow for intricate designs with a high level of detail, without the need for fabric backing.
