Yes, when you place an order with Outdoor Cap your card will immediately be pre-authorized for the order amount plus an additional $20 if your order is under $100 or an additional 20% if the order is more than $100. This extra amount over the order total estimates your freight for the order; upon approval of your card the order is released to ship.

No, freight is not visible for online orders. For expedited freight options, such as Next Day Air, please call 800-826-6047 or email sales@outdoorcap.com
No - Anyone can view our products and download a digital PDF version of our catalog. To access additional features, like product purchasing, you will need to sign up for a new account and obtain a password.

No – There is no minimum quantity for blank orders.
Yes – Registered users can view pricing. Unregistered users will have to obtain a Password to view pricing.
Your order is immediately transmitted to our Order Entry Department for processing. A confirmation is sent to your email address letting you know we have received your order. Blank headwear orders received before 2:00 p.m. CT will ship the same day, subject to inventory availability. You will be notified of any delays or changes.
